My wife and I prayed that God would send us the perfect builder to construct our dream home in 2020. We were both blessed to have our paths cross with Keith Allen and his team shortly thereafter.

The project was very comprehensive. We bought an empty lot, and Keith helped us find the best architect for our needs and worked closely with the design team to create the perfect home for me, my wife, our two twin daughters, and our three dogs. From the moment that we signed on with Keith until the day that we moved into our home, Keith walked us through the process step by step.

We previously had little to no knowledge about the journey upon which we were embarking, but Keith walked us through the process hand-in-hand. We have had the good fortune of having Keith Allen as our contractor for our last two renovations.  The first one was a major renovation, for which we relocated to a rental for the duration.  It included a total kitchen, laundry room, powder room, dining room, den, and touched almost all of the rooms in the house, aside from the master suite.

Two years later, Keith renovated our master bedroom, bathroom and closet.  Throughout the process, Keith led us through selections and choices with patience and professionalism.  He always went the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction.

We remain extremely satisfied with every portion of both projects, and are very thankful to Keith for his guidance and thoughtfulness about both details and the big picture.  We highly recommend him!

A few years ago we decided to renovate our master bath and enlarge our master closets. After talking with Keith and hearing his ideas, we knew we had the right man for the job. His suggestions were perfect and made the finished product exceed our expectations.

Keith Allen made our kitchen remodeling process as smooth and stress free as possible.  His expertise, professionalism, and attention to detail truly set him apart.  From start to finish, he ensured everything was handled seamlessly, and making what could have been a stressful experience and absolute pleasure.  We couldn’t be happier with the results!!

We asked Keith Allen to do the impossible: preserve the sentimental value of a forty-year-old, 1,200 square foot farmhouse, while building a modern 4,500 square foot home around it. It was nearly mission impossible.

First came detailed planning: three equal master bedrooms, a modern kitchen with 10-foot ceilings, upstairs bedroom lofts for children, all while preserving the original cedar-lined great room.

Next came significant engineering: supporting beams for walls that were far from square. Then the management of a series of subcontractors as the modern home magically took shape.

The result: a beautiful modern home fully reminiscent of the great family and party time that had happened over the years. We can only marvel at the vision, the attention to detail, and the character that Keith brings to his projects. Mission accomplished!!

The scope of the project would need his input, availability and expertise from the beginning of the planning process to the completion of construction, and he was there throughout. We were extremely pleased with the beautiful result. Some years later we asked Keith to help us with a larger project, a total renovation of a condominium overlooking the Mississippi River. Once again, the result is a tribute to the quality of his work and has been a joy for our family.
